We use relevant information to deliver products, provide support, manage accounts, communicate with you, personalize educational content and offers, measure marketing, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. Quiz answers may be used to generate educational scores or profiles and identify relevant content or offers.

We use third-party providers to support functions such as website hosting, payments, email delivery, customer communications, analytics, advertising, and AI processing. These providers receive information relevant to their functions. We use MailerLite for email services and Meta in connection with our marketing.

Payment providers process payments. We may receive transaction and related billing information needed to fulfill purchases and maintain records.

When you independently visit or use a third-party website, platform, or service, its own privacy practices apply. We do not control information you provide directly to those independent services or guarantee their security or availability.

Advertising and analytics technologies may collect or receive information about website interactions to measure campaigns or personalize advertising. Certain advertising disclosures may qualify as sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under applicable privacy laws, even without a payment for the information. Your rights depend on the applicable law and the processing involved.

Browser and platform privacy settings may offer additional controls, but do not necessarily stop every type of data disclosure. Where separate consent or opt-out mechanisms are legally required, this policy does not replace them.

We may also disclose information to comply with law, address fraud or security issues, protect legal rights, or facilitate a business transaction subject to applicable privacy obligations. Information you post in a community may be visible to other participants.

AI and Recordings

Customer information may be processed by third-party AI tools in connection with our services and business operations. The information processed and the provider's handling of it depend on the tool and its configuration. 

Some calls or sessions may be recorded or transcribed. We will provide notice of the intended use and obtain consent where required before recording or transcription.

Please avoid sending account passwords, full payment-card details, or information about others that you are not authorized to share.

Provide only information relevant to your request and remove unnecessary account numbers or identifying details from screenshots and documents. You are responsible for securing your own devices and login credentials and for having authority to submit information about others. Do not assume that a community post or group-session contribution is private from other participants. 

Email Choices

We send service-related messages and newsletters and promotional emails. 

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link or by contacting support@themarkethustle.com.

We may still send necessary purchase, access, security, or service messages and retain limited information to honor your unsubscribe request.

Retention and Security

We retain information as needed for the purposes described in this policy, taking account of the customer relationship, service delivery, legal recordkeeping, security, and dispute-resolution needs. Different types of records may require different retention periods.

We take reasonable measures to safeguard personal information, but no storage or transmission system is completely secure.

We do not warrant that information will never be accessed, disclosed, altered, or lost through unauthorized activity or technical failure. Email and other ordinary communication channels are not guaranteed secure. 

Your Requests and Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@themarkethustle.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

Deletion may be subject to exceptions, including required transaction records, legal obligations, security matters, and information needed to honor privacy preferences. Deletion of account information may affect service access. 

A deletion request does not necessarily require immediate removal from backups or archival systems where applicable law permits delayed deletion.

Any retained copies remain subject to applicable restrictions and retention requirements. We do not promise deletion of information independently held by another organization, but will communicate requests to providers where required. Privacy requests are subject to verification, applicable exceptions, record-retention requirements, and applicable law.

The Market Hustle is based in the United States, and information may be processed and stored in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate. Privacy rights may vary depending on where you reside and applicable law.

Policy Updates and Contact

This policy describes our information practices; it does not create a guarantee of absolute security or expand remedies beyond applicable law and any enforceable agreement. Any applicable contractual limitations are set out in the Terms of Service accepted by you, to the extent enforceable. 

We may update this policy and will revise the date above. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent for material changes where required. Changes do not retroactively authorize uses of previously collected information that would violate our earlier commitments or applicable law.
